What's included?
Your graphic design subscription gives you unlimited access to a professional designer. Whatever it is you need, as long as you can accurately explain what you’re looking for, it’s likely that we will be able to complete your design.
The most common requests we complete include:
- Graphics for use on social media
- Printed materials e.g. flyers, stationery and brochures
- Images for use on websites, e.g. new product banners
- PDF documents e.g. pitch decks and presentations
- Large format print e.g. exhibition graphics and banners
We will always try to fulfil any brief we receive, but a few things are not included in our service (sorry!):
- Logo design
- Website design
- Animations/video
With your unlimited graphic design subscription you can make as many requests as you like, so if you’re not sure whether something is included, simply place a request and you'll receive a response usually the same day.
What's the turnaround time?
We complete 95% of all design requests within 1-2 days.
If we expect a design to take longer than 2 days to complete we will inform you as soon as we have reviewed your request.
We don't place any limitations on the size of the jobs you can submit, and larger requests will naturally take longer to complete. We use the following rule of thumb to estimate the time a larger job will take to complete:
Multiple sizes
(eg. graphics for various social media platforms)

Extra pages
(eg. a multi-page brochure or presentation design)

Complex information
(eg. detailed charts and graphs)
