Who are you?

Fixls is a sub-brand of Diverge Digital Ltd (company reg no 10659700), a graphic and web design agency with over a decade of experience and hundreds of happy clients. We began offering unlimited graphic design packages in Early 2019 as a way for small and medium sized businesses to access affordable, quality graphic design.

Where are you based?

Our dedicated team is based in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK and operate in the GMT timezone.

How do I submit a request?

We’ve developed a friendly and intuitive platform for you to tell us about your job requests. Simply log in and create a new request, follow the steps and add it to your queue.

How long will my requests take?

In most cases, we will send your completed design to you within 1-2 days of receiving your request. If your job is too large or complex to complete in this time frame we will provide a maximum time estimate. For guidance on how we estimate jobs see how it works.

Can I prioritise requests?

Design requests are queued up in the order you submit them - so if sending multiple requests, send the most urgent first.

What type of thing can’t I request?

Ideally we will fulfil any brief you send us, but we can’t include logo design in your subscription. Designing a logo correctly requires in-depth analysis, discussion, planning and refinement - something that can’t be rushed through for a low price (Google ‘cheap logo design’ and you’ll see what we mean).

How long do changes take?

We queue changes to existing jobs in the same way we queue new jobs, so you’ll get your amended files back within 48 hours.

What happens if you can't complete a request?

On very rare occassions, we may have to reject a job request - please be assured that it’s nothing personal. Sometimes we may just need more information in order to get started. Or you may have requested something that we simply can’t provide as part of your subscription (like detailed motor vehicle blueprints or a 200 page graphic novel).

If we reject a job we’ll let you know the reason why, then you’ll simply have to amend the description and re-submit.

How do I get my design files?

We will send your files to you via your client portal, where they’ll be accessible for 14 days. Once the 14 days are up, we blast them into space to make room for newer requests, so please make sure you download them as soon as you can.
